Build Reverse Commerce Store on Magento

Build a reverse commerce website, this website will be based on Magento. Users should be able to sell items to us through this website. We need a very good freelancer who is capable of both the design and coding side. You will need an excellent portfolio. 1. We need a full custom website design. Do not want the website to look like a template, needs to be entirely custom, this means graphics and imagery will need to be created too.. 2. Onsite SEO should be completed. 3. The website will need to run very fast 4. This will need to link in with an API for a courier for the collection to be automatically booked in the checkout. They should be able to select the date for the collection. We use DPD but are open to using other couriers. 5. We want users to have a balance in their account from the item they have sold to us. The balance should show as pending until the item has been received and confirm as arrived by us. This balance should be able to be withdrawn via bank transfer on the website, which we will process manually, alternatively they should be able to leave the funds in the account and achieve a savings rate on the funds which we can adjust. They should also have options of withdrawing funds through alternative methods, vouchers etc. 6. We need a drop down search box in the header which brings up items as they type, I can show you a good example of this, possible called ajax search, however the search must be fast (instant) and I’ve heard ajax search is slow and buggy. 7. Users should be able to find their item through search, as mentioned above. We also need a facility to search by category, for example, “laptop” this should take them to the category laptop, where there is a very well presented filter to select brand, screen size etc to find their specific model. 8. There will need to be options on the product which should adjust the price we’re willing to pay, ie condition of the item. This should be easy to select and graphical. 9. Webite must be very interactive and appear live, modern and active. 10. We’d like a counter in the header showing a rolling counter of how much we’ve paid out. 11. Everything on the site will need to be reversed from the standard magento shop, to be reverse commerce. 12. We regards design as very important, this should be simple, clean and easy to use. Early along the process we want to see your design mockups to see whether we will proceed with you. The website will be purchasing electronics laptops, phones, tablets, cameras etc, the category page filters will need to be different for different categories. There are similar examples of websites that exist for reference which can be provided. We already have Magento installed on the server and the domain pointing to it.
