We can do your SPA in angular with the backend on node, express and mongo as specified. We have experience with CI and CD pipelines using Jenkins and Circle CI. We can setup the plumbing from dev to testing to production. And then manage the production security, failure detection, scaleability when the app is in production. We can offer 2 separate services for this project - 1: Writing the SPA in angular with backend on node and mongo 2: Engineering services for delivery cycle. This is a separate service where we will set up the plumbing for a complete delivery pipeline - right into production. We will spin up test servers after every version that our coding team delivers (as in 1 above) where you can easily test the API developed by our coders. We will spin up test database servers too if these are needed for the test stage. And once approved we move it into production with all security in place.
