Build an Online Store

I need someone who will build me a site that is selling domains. I already have some domains that I own that I want to put on a site that users can select the domain that I own that they want & buy the option is to select "BUY" "Send offer" and "Contact" I do not have any ideas of how I would like the site, so a mock-up and ideas are welcome. Needs to be delivered within one week. SEO must be taken into consideration at the beginning of the site. DESCRIPTION: So if people wanted to buy [login to view URL] there will be a small thumbnail image and a small description and the price. then there will be a button that says buy domain,. and another button that says 'send offer' and another button that says "enquire" Buy domain button: this button, we lead the buyer to fill his payment information and buy the domain at the price that we have set. From then on we will arrange the exchange of contracts. Send an offer button: This buyer can send an offer of how much they'd like to pay for this domain. along with their payment details. Should we accept the offer, the funds will be taken out of their cards. Should we reject the offer, no payment will be deducted. On the dashboard, we should be able to set a minimum offer that we'd accept. (similar to ebay). Enquire button: This will have a form that will allow the user to ask any questions that they may have.
