Hi, I have been freelancer for a while, but mostly I were here as an employer since the company I work for need sublease some out-sources project for catch-up schedule. The reason I am here try to help you with BBB is, we had a project needs to use BigBlueButton as part of feature last 2 week, and I just installed BBB in our Ubuntu server (it is enterprise level) with about half day. So I am pretty confidence to help you with that. Something you need to know about BBB Requirement, Best fit is: Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit 4 GB of memory (8 GB is better) with swap enabled Quad-core 2.6 GHZ CPU (or faster) TCP ports 80, 1935, 9123 are accessible UDP ports 16384 - 32768 are accessible Port 80 is not used by another application 500G of free disk space (or more) for recordings 100 Mbits/sec bandwidth (symmetrical) Honest, I am not sure if less quality's CPU is still working, but when multiple people establishing connection at same time, it really kill CPU at that moment. Other thing you need notice is: if you are running this in a VPS (cloud server), I strongly suggest you deploy BBB independently with no any other software running (PHP, Apache, Django ...) cuz these software will take port 80 and cause trouble to BBB. I am not a freelancer here for money, I just see your project randomly and I think I can help you out, I can tell you this, any biding higher than 300 is either too greedy or they are not really have no experience.
