Major Tasks are: 1) Create, configure, install and show us how to implement the webrtc click2call button on our site. Button will connect to our Asterisk PBX. 2) Install and configure OPUS on Asterisk to accept this webrtc codec (in passthrough mode since asterisk doesn't transcode OPUS) 3) Recommend, install, configure and test a windows softphone with Opus for our call center so that we can verify that the entire solution is working. System needs to work on all windows desktop browsers (except safari but including IE) and chrome on mac OS X A document with instructions basic on how to install and configure each item used should be delivered. This is importan if we need to re-install to new server or add new click2call buttons. Preexisting open source software should be used to keep the time and cost down to a minimum. Below are open source softwares that can handle the entire process. Below is a list of suggested software but they need not be used. If you have a better solution please feel free to use it. [login to view URL] has an interesting software that includes everything we need and has extra funcionality. From there I have listed the following open source software which can resolve all our needs. This service usesDoubango VoIP framework and webrtc2sip projects for inter-working with any SIP-legacy network or PSTN. open source WebRTC-Everywhere -> WebRTC extension for Safari, Opera, Firefox and IE [login to view URL] webrtc2sip [login to view URL]

Hi, I have been working with Cisco VoIP since 2001 and Asterisk and freepbx ,trixbox, elastix since 2007. the only thing that will have issue is making "Internet explorer" work on webrtc , because webrtc is not supported on IE, webrtc only works on chrome and firefox. That being said I would like to have a little chat about your project to better understand the needs of the project regards,
