Completely revamp and change out a thesis website

I need the website hosted at www. Jacksonville New Homes Blog . com to be changed in thesis. I want the home page to look more like a blog with a header and a side header. Here is the link to the blog part of this site: www. Jacksonville new homes blog .com/blog/ I have attached a word doc that shows you how I want the home page of the site to look like. I am completely changing around the home page of the website and removing all of the pages. I want the home page to look like the attached word doc. I want the website to be setup with a similar layout to www. Gainesville short sale blog . com, even though it looks completely different from that site. The format of that site is as header at the top, a menu bar below it, a squeeze below the menu bar, a blog roll on the right hand side, and then the blog posts below the squeeze and in the left 2/3 of the page. (The only parts of the www. Gainesville short sale blog . com site that need to look somewhat similar are the way the blog posts display (10 at a time, full size), the menu bar, and the blog roll on the right hand side. Ignore the rest of the site) On this site, I want the picture and logo at the top (just use the same logo on the home page of the site), a menu bar below that, a blog with multiple posts below that and in the left 60% of the screen. One the right hand side below the menu bar I want the “Five Reasons” Box, and then below the “Five Reasons” box, I want a blog roll that will display with the pictures. I will pick a winner sometime Monday Night and would like to have the website completely finished by 5PM Eastern Time on Monday, December 3rd. * This is a site that I will be cloning and then changing out for multiple, different customers. So, I have moderate expertise with blog websites similar to this. * A quick note on the “Five Reasons” Box. It will change in size according to how much text I put in each site. * You can build out the entire site with placeholder text. All I need to know is how to change out the text and pictures. The current blog is setup with a theme options area that makes it very easy to make changes. * Do not bid unless you are skilled and experienced at working on thesis websites. * I would like to keep the ability for me, a non techy, to make most major changes for customers to be done in the theme options area.
