Bulk Email Marketing Campaign

Our company needs to send out about 20,000 targeted emails a month. We will provide email addresses in Excel .csv format and also provide email content. We need someone who can provide full tracking reports for each mailing. (The more sophisticated the reports the better). Experienced email marketers only. Please PM us a proposed outline on how you would be able to provide us a solution. It will also need to include info on how you can guarantee significant inbox delivery rates. Your bid should reflect one bulk mailing of no more than 20,000 emails in accordance with the expectations above.
