Cashback Back End and Tracking

USER INTERFACE

The site will feature merchant name, logo, description, and current offers. There may be multiple offers for each merchant. There should be a button to go to the merchant's website.

When the user is logged in a tracking code should be appended to the affiliate link so that we can track any sales back to the member and allocate their cashback.

Members can also see a log of their cashback received from either personal transactions or referral transactions.

Users should be able to withdraw their earnings by having the funds paid to their PayPal account. This can be done as a manual request.

BACK END SYSTEM

We would like a back end system and affiliate network to add/edit merchants, and import commission data.

Whenever transaction data is imported for each transaction the tracking code identifies the member who made the purchase.

All figures should be rounded down to the nearest penny.

All data should be checked to avoid duplicate transactions.

Where a paypal withdrawal request is made the admin will be able to take the amount from the member's balance and record it in their account as a paypal withdrawal.

OTHER THINGS

The front end system will be created by our designers so we are just looking for the back end of the site and the software to track and pay out from affiliate transactions. 


The system should be easy to use and allow people to create deeplinks for themselves easily and with minimum technology knowledge.

The backend design/software should also is make it easy for our team to add in merchants and update the latest offers and merchants.
