cs cart multivendor mod

I want to set up a multivendor cs cart and some add ons to be implemented to fix my needs. I just wanted to know if you could do it for me. What i need is he following: I want to have a multivendor with some different vendors inside. But also, i want this vendors to have their own individual webs. I want these individual webs take their data from the multivendor database. So those webs could use different skins, different logos, different appearance but the products data will be taken from the multivendor data base. I would like these webs to have their own admin area to manage all its individual areas but, as i said the products should be the individual vendor´s products in the multivendor database.
