Would like someone to clean up website [login to view URL], converting it to CSS instead of its current tables. Wanting to make it easier to make future changes to design or content, and especially easier for search engines. Also want to change internal links to keywords for better s.e. results. Finally, would like some link building. This part could be a separate project if bidder does not work in that area. Am open on budget.
