Our goal is to match the service offered by other web-agencies and bring down their shockingly high-margins by: Extensive screening and training through company-runned Institutes Frictionless communication with clients using an innovative management system JOB DESCRIPTION: External Project Manager: You will be the architect of the project during the conception phase, and a proactive interface between our technical team in India and the client in Europe during the development phase. That includes: - Meeting with the client to understand the needs, must-haves and nice-to-haves in the web application - Providing feedback for the wireframe, designs and beta version, defining the planning, negotiating final price and answering any questions the client has related to the project. - Handing over the project to WireDelta development team in India for production, once Letter of Agreement is signed. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Skills: No coding skills necessary, but should have a strong interest for web and technology Personality: Team player, Natural professional attitude, Good communication skill and fluent in English. YOUR COMPENSATION As you will be working remotely, new Project Managers’ motivation are screened by tying earnings directly to the projects they work with. Our Project Managers earn between 10-20% of the project’s final price. This corresponds to 100-200€ for the simple website you contracted for 1000€, and 1000-2000€ for the complex application contracted for 10.000€! The monetary compensation comes with the following perks: Invaluable experience, working with projects from idea to launch Working with a truly international team, collaborating and sharing knowledge with other Project Managers from all over the world Work on the projects that excite you, and work remotely from where you are located Project size and hence compensation vary a great deal, and there are essentially four ways to get projects as a Project Manager: Find clients yourself Get clients from Business Developers Get new projects and build new features for past clients Get clients referred to you by WireDelta once you are a Preferred Project Manager As Project Managers become more experienced, they get hungry and wish to work with more than project management. WireDelta processes are fully capable of satisfying this need. After proper training, Project Managers are offered to build wireframes for their clients, some are even trained to design the web application themselves! We encourage people to continue developing new skills within WireDelta, and we compensate those who do with either a fixed wage or larger share of the project’s price. This is discussed individually with the Project Manager.
