the bureau system operates to facilitate the buying and selling of foreign currency. the process involves buying the foreign currency based on the set exchange rate to the local currency.
Again, the system will facilitate the money remittance from one country to another.
all transactions will be receipted and transmitted in an XML format through a special device called electronic fiscal device (EFD) to the regulator server. You do not have to prepare the XML formtted file, rathet you will have to prepare the receipt content being placed in the local folder of the user working PC. in the event that the EFD is offline, the transaction shall be sent via FTP to the regulator server.
the functions about bureau operations i.e. money changing is commonly known.
The system will aslo include some more modules on HR and payrol to manage the bureau de Change staff which is a small office, the accounting package encopassing ledger, cash book, trial balance, balance sheet, etc. i.e. accounting package for small office. finally it has to be able to account for all the expenses made by the bureau de change and all the incomes. the assset managemnt for small office is optional but prefered.
