Need Devloper for begginer website and phone applications

I am looking for someone that knows how to make a website and phone applications. You must know how to make phone applications for Android and iPhone. Blackberry is optional. This website idea is a very simple design and shouldn't be very hard to make. This idea is for a business that hasn't been created yet but is in the process. I need to have both very easy to update because I will be the only person that will be adding information for this. I need some kind of payment options also.
