Create technical specification for drupal site_3

We have a functioning website in Drupal that is working well together with Ubercart to process sales. We want to make it better on two fronts: a) the user interface design, look & feel, integration of all functional elements, including external forum and, of course, aligning product and site visuals; and b) streamlining methods to help potential customers select and purchase products as well as customize our products and support community offerings to their needs. Our detailed thoughts about how the website should be and how it might look are put together in the attachment. We want to attack this rebuilding project in a number of phases: 1) Detailed Development Plan and Specification - this project 2) Detailed Design Specification including Prototype and Detailed Functional Specification including Web Map 3) Development of new Drupal Template based on Design Specification and Reconfiguration of Website, including integration of Forum within hosted staging environment. 4) Support and Maintenance during User Acceptance Testing 5) Migration of new site into Production 6) Support and Maintenance after Go-Live So, for this first phase, we require a Detailed Development Plan and Specification, defining what must be done and in what order and how extra work done on the site should be managed. We will pay USD$100 each to up to 3 freelancers, seeking from each one a clear Detailed Development Plan and Specification, including all of the requirements listed in the attachment, explicit project plans describing how the project will be run and managed, a number of Q&A sessions over Skype or similar, approaches for testing, modules, upgrades, the works: In summary, we want you to tell us what you are going to do, how, by when, how much you will need to perform each step, what people you have to do the work, and for whom you have done such work previously. We are looking for an experienced group to give us a specification that we can implement that will ensure our site is set up well and does what we need in a smart, simple and clear way.
