Reason for that, we are doing not just a Project for a Client, it's a close friend and an important man in the Dealership Industry.

Regardless, I know how to pick a team, and a lot of times I have projects that I don't go with because I believe some individuals based on analysis even asking too much for the Projects budget, OR can not do the job.

We are in Canada as a matter of fact, and our budget is set GEO to start based on Ontario only, or 200 KM max on a radius circle around from London City in Ontario.

NO, and BY ALL MEANS are you allowed to use your BOT SYSTEMS and link the SITE and Project in means of topping it up on Google to stupid sites that have NOTHING TO DO WITH THE END GOAL.
