Adsense $20+ site building from scratch

Hello all freelancers. I am also looking for a adsense website to be built from scratch so i copied below text as it perfectly describes my needs:

I'm looking for a very experience professional that is a reliable Google Adsense website creator that is able to create 3 Adsense sites making atleast $20 per day.

I Will need to see some proof once the work has been done that it really makes at least the amount mentioned for the project daily. If you are not capable to deliver this task, then please DO NOT BID!

You will be responsible for writing unique SEO optimized content, complete configuration of the website. Website must be developed using Wordpress ONLY with professional look and feel.

I do not have an adsense account so when these sites are ready I will apply for adsense. It is upto you to get me accepted into Adsense by making these sites according to Adsense TOS. If you cannot please do not bid!!

Site MUST adhere to the following:

1. The site has to generate at least $20+ per day.

2. It must contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles that are not published anywhere else yet - Strictly no copying from the internet. The content must be in very good & proper English, must pass Copyscape and must be of very high quality.

3. Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used adequately.

4. SEO promotion to be done as required.

5. Backlinks to the websites must be strictly WHITE HAT, with right PR (3,4,5…) and within reason (no spamming). WHITE-HAT STRATEGIES ONLY!!!

6. Wordpress based website with unique design, neat and Adsense optimized to attract people to click on the ads, but without violating Adsense Terms of Service.

7. the topic of the site must be discussed prior to making the site.

8. No Autoblogs or any Auto site/blog tools.

9. Must contain related images to niche topic.

10. Unique organic traffic (no bots, no traffic buy sites, no force clicks, no paid advertisement).

11. Traffic and clicks must by White Hat only. No Black/Grey Hat methods and no search engine penalties.

12. Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense.

13. 100% AdSense "TERMS OF SERVICE" optimization ( very very important ) and only white hat method

MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Welcome to add any related CB products as long as it doesn't distract from Adsense ads too much

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense

I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER! I see constant income in my Adsense account. I will hold the payment for 35 days until this has been confirmed. No partial( payments - sorry! When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points:

• Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website.

• Show me the proof of income after 35 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked)

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) and profitable .

I will provide the following:

1. Domain based on your suggestion (.com/.net)

2. Hosting

3. Google account

Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. I cannot risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! Be prepared to show proof of your past work
