Covert photoshop layouts to pages

I will provide you with photoshop layouts and assets for 2 html/css pages, and 3 overlays that will be shown via javascript. The pages comprise of a header, a navbar, and a main content section that will have a left content and right content. I need you to create the images, HTML/CSS, and javascript to handle the overlays. Use SEO best practices when laying out the pages. For all text on the pages I want to use fonts/text (i.e., not images) defined in the CSS where we can. I will purchase fonts as needed, you need to tell me what to get and where. Please respond with your interest, and if your background looks good for this project I will give you access to our mockups so you can be more specific in your bid.
