Convert a Template to a Website

hello i can convert your wix site into normal website, but please do let me know if you need same effect on page clicked or want to reload page as on normal websites it does, any how i can do both things, have no issue

I've reviewed your Wix site, and I feel this project, as a whole, could very easily be converted to Wordpress. However, when keeping SEO and Wordpress functionality in mind, the one thing that no other developer bidding will tell you is the page transitions will actually hurt SEO more than it would increase it. Wordpress is also not built in a way that would give you the ability to have everything hosted on one page. While, in your Wix platform it may appear that there are numerous different pages involved, the way the script is rendering them publicly is placing them all on one continuous slide. I can take the exact template and break it down page by page, increasing the SEO capability by default. Also adding a plugin called SEO Pack that will give you the ability to have proper SEO output on every page of the site completely under your control. I'll utilize a few different Plugins giving you the Custom Field functionality that you currently have with Wix, this way you will be able to update every aspect of text on the site without having to touch the physical HTML/CSS files. Adding in the contact functionality will happen via a secured plugin through Wordpress as well. Do you have the host space and domain yet ? anyway, it's gonna be so easy but do you really need the blog ? It's not that I don't want to make a blog but it's gonna be a legal office website and you probably want it to look as professional as possible. To make it more SEO friendly, I suggest to not make the website a single page but rather normal separated pages, and it would make the website look more professional as well.
