There will be 2 Backends. 1 where admin can manage all the users and classified and other site stuff and other where user can manage his classified 2. For AD there is only problem. If 2 user promote their classified then which one we will issue. Will it be queue based ? 3. The List/Search will have category based classifieds and can be work on other filter as well 4.
