30 Professional web Banners needed

Hello, We need 30 web banners created for our website. The sizes need to be specific sizes and we will tell you once the winner is picked. Our website consists of 3 areas so we need 10 banners for each area. The banners should be well formatted, professional looking, and animated as well. We prefer not to use flash banners at this time. Our budget is limited, and if your work is professional and we like the end results, there is potential for future work. Please do not bid over and please do not bid if you intend to tell me it'll cost more then what I'm willing to pay. The budget is tight so we cannot go over. Payment will be done via ESCROW only. We will put money in ESCROW at the start of the project and release it only when final product is completed. No advance payments. Please send me links of your previous works. We will review all bids before making a decision. When bidding please place final price for all 30 banners NOT individual banner price.
