I need to upgrade my existing prestashop to the new Prestashop 1.5

This is what I need.

1. Upgrade my existing webshop to Prestashop 1.5 with existing modules.

2. Install a new template ([url removed, login to view]) I have bought the template already.

3. Design new front Banner for the new template.

You need to be an Prestashop Expert! And a good Designer aswell (for the banner)
