Organic Chocolate Company Website & Online Store Design Only

We need a web designer to step in where our developer leaves off, the person must be able to work with and be in contact with our developer. Must be reliable and easy to contact. We need a complete design for our company’s website and online store. All the functionality of the site is already created. We just need someone to make it look nice. We are looking for a very artistic site utilizing CSS. We are an organic chocolate company, and want the feel of the site to reflect that. It should accurately reflect our product, and possibly utilize design elements from our packaging. We are making the chocolate in the Dutch tradition, so the designer may incorporate elements to reflect that, such as windmills or tulips. We want our web page to mainly reflect organic/natural and chocolate, with the Dutch influence as a secondary inspiration, but not overbearing. Our developer has created the online store from scratch, so we are not looking for someone to customize an existing skin. The designer may need to have the developer adjust some of the elements of the site in order to fit with the design. The online store and billing sections will need to look very professional in order to give the customer enough confidence to use our store. We will also require an email newsletter to be designed, for online promotions etc. the developer will be creating a basic template with a WYSIWYG editor, you will be making his template match the theme of the rest of the site. A banner for future advertising would also be a plus, but not required at this time.
