I Need a EXPERIENCED Retoucher - repost

**********Please look carefully in the description********** Hello, This is the third time posting this project. I dont seem to find an EXPERIENCED retoucher. Originally I needed someone to edit all my photos, this is not a one time project, I will NEED you in a regular basis. At this point I will hire you and pay you as PER photo basis since I dont find anyone who is professional enough for this job. I have submitted 3 photos, you will see a before and after version (unedited and retouched photo) so you can have an idea what I want. I have also submitted an unedited photo CLIC5558. Please SUBMIT A retouched SAMPLE provided in attachment. Please look carefully in the description >>> Please only request atmost 50% Milestone Payment, I will not provide more than that beforehand! Provide Me: " .jpg or .png (which you feel comfortable) " and most importantly " .psd " to review the way you work on the sample attached... And, please don't bid if you can't retouch the sample provided. Thank You!!
