Looking for a reliable, affordable, web designer...

Hello, I have done some small projects as well as some larger ones over the years. It's difficult to find a good web designer who is reliable, affordable and online daily. Sometimes I am just looking for a couple banners to be created, other times it is a complete web design. So someone who will do small tasks as well as others.
