Looking for an individual/group expert on designing/modifying a Joomla! template for a College Democrats Website. What we are looking for... - Complete modification of RocketTheme's Versatility III template. You can demo the template at [login to view URL] We would keep the Web 2.0 look and the overall concept of Versatility III. Including the CSS. And most importantly, we would like all the source files for future editing. - Because the group is located in New Orleans, the top area of the Versatility III template could have New Orleans look... and the rest of the colors following the school's official colors: Dark Green Green (003300), Dark Blue (003366) and Light Blue (99CCFF). Also, keeping a political message would be nice... and could be relayed in the background... a fading American flag, keeping in concept with Versatility III... and the actual content area... school colors. - Creativity and suggestions is welcomed. Keeping New Orleans, school spirit, and a political (democrat) message is the objective and goal. - Having the result delivered as quickly as possible (within appx. a few days) is a plus.
