Design a logo for International company

Please find detailed information about my company. A successfull logo designer will work with me in all marketing materials and website. There is a definitely potential to earn more money in the future. 1. What does my business do? - provide network service to international and domestic students studying in Australia - a brand new student agency with proffessional background - customers are everything - provide information via social network, ipad & smart phones portfolios - provide updated course information - additionally, in the future provide visa, accommodation, travel service, etc.... 2. What are my goals? Why? - The overall goal of the logo design is to attract potential students to get information about student options via Internet 3. What am I trying to communicate and why? - a new unique student agency with professional online approach - to provide right information within very short time after receiving inquiry - the first stage of my business is to get awareness of my service ( I do not have any old marketing materials). 4. Who is my target market? - young people living in Australia who are seeking for studies in Australia Primary group - International students who want to extend their visas (Work &Holiday, Student, Tourist) and stay longer in Australia. Their English level is Intermediate. Secondary group - Domestic students seeing for advice what course study Tertiary group = Olderly people - University of third age or short courses, etc. IT courses, smart phones trainings My main market is definitely Primary group. There is further description: Age: 18 - 40 years Gender: Female / Male Income: $500 - $800 per week Tastes: Technology, Easy going lifestyle, modern design, travel, social network Employment: Hospitality, Farms, Cleaning (International students working in Australia are qualified and educated employees in their countries but they need to work below their standard due to low level of English and inappropriate work rights in Australia) Geography: Students from the whole world 5. What copy(text) and pictures are needed? Please use the name of the company: STUDY ONLINE AUSTRALIA 6. What are the logo specifications? - the logo will be used on the website, printing materials, head letters, business cards, everywhere... - the logo should be easy to draw by anyone, it shouldn't be nothing complicated - Please use the 5 principles: Simple, Memorable, Timeless, Versatile, Appropriate - I don't have specific color scheme but I would like to have an option to use the logo in different colour schemes in the future (for example Google with changing colours of its letters or the logo background) - The logo should be designed in vector format to ensure that it can be scaled to any sizes. Also, the logo should work both horizontal and vertical formats. - I really want to become my logo as an identification of my company described above.
