Design Travel Service

Hi, my name is Dmitry and I need to design a web site. This project is a travel service that allows users to add request for tours, and agencies to leave suggestions on these requests. Each user can select only one of any proposal from the agency. Agencies may add no more than 10 proposals in each request. On the pages of design should include the following elements: 1. Log in and Register forms for agencies 2. Authorization (including authorization Facebook and Tweeter) and registration forms for users 3. Add request tour form by the user 4. Select one of any proposal 5. The Agency's ability to add a proposal to the request from user 6. Section of private messages 7.
