Custom website template design

I am looking for a digital artist with exceptional concept development and photoshop skills to create website template. The template will include a home page layout with wide screen background design and integrated masthead as well as upwards of 4 key visuals (approx. 800x400 pixels) which will transition from one to the other with javascript slide show (you will not be responsible for coding...just image development). A good example of the type of work I am looking for is: http://devapremal.com. I will need initial design comps by the end of this week and final designs by the end of the following week. You can expect a few rounds of revision/refinement. IMPORTANT: Please be realistic about your skill level. Only bid if you are really adept at creating highly sophisticated, engaging and balanced digital renderings.
