Create a special effect on my site

Very simple job, easy rating. All you need to do is demonstrate to me a 'special effect' that looks cool for my site operationwebdesign.com. I want to demonstrate we can do nifty special effects. For example, [login to view URL], looks really nice, not saying we do it the way they do, I want you to have your own creative twist. Tell me in detail 'what you would do' to make [login to view URL] 'cool'. I do not want some constant distraction animation, just something quick to demonstrate we can do it if we need to for clients. I do not want to spend too much money on this either since it's just decoration, so please keep bids under $60. Thanks!
