Create Webshop Design (Logo, eBay Shop and Online Shop) for Consumer Electronics / SmartHome Site

Job is to create a CD for a new Online Shop. Design is needed for an online Shop based on the "Plenty Markets" Shop System and for an eBay Shop. Access to a Plentymarkets Development system can be supplied, if needed. Logo Design is part of the Job, so it's all the same look and feel.
The Shop will focus on trading with Consumer Electronic Components (Home Automation components, IP Cameras, Tablet PCs, LED stripes etc.). Shop will be multilingual later on, Englisch and German. Any text relevant to the shop, that _needs_ to be set _as a graphic_ component, can be delivered as English - German translation. In that case, images need to be delivered in both languages.
We are looking for a clean, easy to use layout. The basis for the layout can be seen on [url removed, login to view]
We are open for your ideas, this is a greenfield project for the inspired creative ones. We are open to discuss any suggestions, that will make the shop a success. You may use it as a reference later on.
English Shop Name will be "[url removed, login to view]"
German Shop Name will be "Technik.Einfach.Preiswert."
(Which, for your understanding, translates to "Consumer Electronics. Easy. Affordable")
