Convert 4 Templates into Websites

I need a highly skilled individual to convert 3 templates into 3 WordPress-enabled websites - should be really easy project for the right individual. There's no custom content that you need to worry about - this project is a "basic template to website" conversion project that requires the following work: 1. Basic conversion from template to WordPress - no content to worry about, but each website needs to be content ready. 2. Basic graphic changes so that each website is customized to the corresponding domain name. For example, a logo and name change should occur (I will provide you with the logo and name graphic files - all you'll need to do is to implement these into the website) 3. Each website must be CSS enabled and SEO optimized as much as possible. 4. These three WordPress websites must also have a "basic" mobile website version that you'll need to create. Nothing fancy here - but something basic and simple that has the same "look-n-feel" as the actual WordPress enabled websites. Basically, I need somebody to help me jumpstart these three websites - in other words, just get these websites ready to the point where content can be inserted into them so they can go live.
