Competition Landing Page + Banner + Printable Poster Design

We're looking for someone who can design a landing page for a competition we will be running at the DomainFest in Los Angeles - Our competition is a chance to win a trip to the Caribbean.
The requirements are quite broad. The landing page would have to follow the colour scheme found at [url removed, login to view]
It will have to include a picture of the prize hotel which will be provided and will have to have an all around Caribbean/Vacation/Beach theme and feel to it.
The landing page can be submitted as a sliced PSD file.
We will also need a Banner design using the same colour scheme, it will be used for promoting the competition - 220 x 207 px is the size we will need.
Finally, we require a banner design, that can be physically printed in good quality at a size of 200cm x 80cm. This banner will have similar images and the same colour scheme, along with supplied text.
Our max budget is $500. If you want to have a chance as a winning bidder, please attach any previous design/web design work.
