Browser Game Webdesign

My Project: I'm working on a browsergame, and creating the backend in PHP/MySQL. At the moment I only have basic forms for each page to test the backend functionality. The game its self is space-themed, and I have someone who will design most of the logo's and images. What I need: I need a complete style for my overall website, but also most of the pages themself. The front-end will be interactive using a lot of jQuery and Javascript. The style includes things like inbox/ranking lists/interactive elements/menu/topbar/content pane/footer. A little PHP knowlege is a pré, since data often comes as php-arrays and I use php to loop thrue them. jQuery / Javascript is a must. I would like someone who can imagine him- or her self playing the game, and design on feeling, not having to ask me for every little detail. I have no time limit. Price varies depending on what can be done, and what is left for me to style myself. Going from 80 to 150 euro. I can give more Info if needed.
