Banner Design Help Needed

Need to hire a freelancer for an ongoing basis to perform banner design work. Must speak fluent English and available for chat often. We will supply acceptable places for you to get pictures from, and we will assign you appropriate banner sizes. Banners must fit in well with our current color and design scheme. Any illegal forgery/copy of other banners will result in no pay and automatic firing. My estimate is we will have roughly 100-200 banners needed from you per month. Average banner size needed is 383x190. But occasionally we will ask you to design a larger/smaller banner. I need someone who can work fast, and provide good, creative, and professional looking banners. Must be able to save images in JPG or PNG formats. As you can see in the attachments, a typical banner will include a company logo, and collage of a few products the company makes, and sometimes information about specials we are offering. If you have worked at all as a designer in the beauty field, such as makeup, skincare, or anything related, feel free to include work samples. You will be paid PER banner design. In your quote, please state how many banners your quote includes, and/or your price per banner. In the past we have paid freelancers anywhere from $1-2 per banner. With your quote, please include one work sample based on the three attached banners. Recreate one of the three attached banners in the same size.
