I need someone to design (based on a template monster design) a new design and make it into a HTML template. Must be easy to edit afterwards. Tables are fine, so long as the design is compliant. Lots of work like this for the right person. Must be reasy to start immediately and have guarenteed fast turnaround - note the design isn't supposed to be a complete ripoff of the template monster design, this is a guide and I'll let the chosen provider know the subject of the site. No flash required. Chosen provider will supply me with full PSD, HTML and CSS within 24hrs of acceptance of the project. Payment by Escrow for this first project, subsequent projects by PayPal or Escrow at the providers request. Maximum I'll spend on this $30 Questions via the PMB please.
