Banner/Advert directory Site

Greetings, I am looking for a modern, clean looking site to be built which will provide online advertising and business directory space for business such as nightclubs, bars, hotels, supplies, trades etc. I am looking to compete with current live site (details available upon request) using a similar layout format, albeit a modern interpretation. I need a professional looking, fully working site from an experienced developer who has delivered similar sites rather than using cheap scripts such a phpmydirectory and banner rotation 'cobbled' together. My preference would be to have the site coded in DotNET rather than PHP, possibly utilising DotNet Nuke as a CMS for ease of use. I envisage Banner Advertising/Management software such as 'Banner Man Pro' incorporated too which will allow me to manage the advert type, placing on the page, length of advert life and Premium paid listings etc. Content based pages with advertisements should be simple per the site I am looking to compete with. Advert listing types will be free and 2-3 additonal levels of paid advertising, depending on banner size and length of time the advertiser wishes to advertise for.
