website design Needed - $100 for a design.

Hey, Filipinos only please. I need a website that looks simillar to this: [login to view URL] I'll want to make changes to it. More info upon selection. I won't need the photo gallery. I am only talking about design and html/css coding. I don't need you to do any PHP or programming for the site. just design and basic coding. I will need unlimitted revisions for the design. SAMPLES ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS WORK. BIDS WITHOUT GOOD WEB DESIGN SAMPLES WON'T BE CONSIDERED. You'll be paid $100 for the design. I'll also need icons and a 3d cartoon character logo. I'll aslo need a few banners. There might be additional things required. All images will need to be custom made. No cliparts please. Thank you.
