Home Page Design

I have a home page that I want redesigned. I want to have a nice professional layout for a real estate website. The home page is [login to view URL] I only want the design, I don't need this coded. I would like someone to create a new Header, Navigation Bar and frequently used links on the right OR the left side of the page. Requirements - New Header - Website Banner - New Navigation Bar - New Site Navigation that can be on the left or right side of the page. This Navigation section are the commonly used buttons features that you will see right now on the home page of [login to view URL] with the "Bank Owned" and "Short Sale" sections in them. SO, requirements are New Header, New Navigation Bar and New Commonly Used Links on the right or left side of the page. Please PM me with any questions.
