Create a Compression / Horsepower / MPH / ET Calulator (Automotive) Tool For our Website

We are looking to partner up with someone who has in depth automotive knowledge to create some link worthy tools for use on our website. I am not extremely familiar with this Freelance process but here is an example of what we are looking to have designed ([login to view URL]). We can help by supplying vehicle specific information or additional insight where needed but we're mostly looking for someone who can tackle this project with out much help from us. Meaning you'd need to perform the research to ensure the calculator is accurate and functions properly.
