Directory Submissions inc .edu .org and .gov

I need someone to submit my site, in the appropriate category, MANUALLY to hundreds of directories with all the required info e.g Title, Meta desc tags etc Directories must include those with .org, .edu and .gov extensions. BIDDER MUST PROVIDE NUMBER OF LINKS to domain extensions e.g you may say you can do 1) 50 listing to .[login to view URL] domains, 2) 100 to .com domains, 3) 20 to .org domains etc etc.. Budget $150
