*Payments will be made to you daily after each sale ($40 per book)

*Prefer US-Based bidder but this is not required

*This is a one-time bid with the goal of finding a long-term Sales Director/Representative.

Background:

We are a small start-up company looking for a self-motivated, experienced, matured, confident and professional individual to handle our products sales. Must have a professional over-the-phone presence and be 100% fluent in English with little or no accent. You will be selling a publication (book, a wall map will be available as a bonus sale) to managers, directors and executives at some of the largest Fortune 500 energy companies in the US. Our product represents a lot of value to our clients and sales are generally easy, especially because buyers are not buying with their own money and they have reimbursable company expenses in a multi-billion dollar industry. We are looking for someone self-motivated that can develop their own sales strategies with our support; this could include cold calls, emails, regular mail, online advertizing, ad placements, product placements in other stores, etc… This position may involve traveling to one or two trade shows and conferences all over the US. There are no set work hours; however most of our clients are in the east coast and central time zone during work hours, so earlier works better. Initially we will provide you with a list of companies and contact information for you to contact, however we would love for you to do your own research online to find more sources. Financials and Current Sales:

Currently we handle all sales online and have some online ads, our current sales efforts are minimal due to our current workload, however even with this minimal efforts we manage to sale aprox. $4,000 - $8,000 a month. Each book cost almost $200 (this price is very affordable for this market and comes as no surprise to your buyers; so you will not be selling cheap $2.99 items to housewives!) so it’s easy to make a lot of money quickly within a few sales. For example; one company purchased 25 books at once for their top managers and directors at full price! Our estimates for some aggressive sales could range from $12,000-$20,000 per month.

Longterm Sales Potential:

After successful completion of the “20-Book Goal” Your commission will vary by volume, the more you sale the higher your commission will be. We want this to be profitable for both of us and we are serious about compensating our sales staff. Commissions will be in the 20%-30% range, use this to do your math.
