Advertising expert needed

I am looking for someone who can do advertising for me. The bid should not be over $30 and you tell me what you are going to do for $30 of course our clients will want bigger packages but this project is for a $30 bid who offers me the most and can prove he is doing the advertising. Actually right now I have 3 clients who want to test the waters but you will only get one of them first until I can see you do what you say then I will get you the other two jobs and as I say if you can prove yourself they will buy bigger packages from me in the future and I can attract more customers and send you the work. I am looking for link building and search engine rank mainly but I am open to all advertising as long as its not spamming or pop ups or any other dead advertising method I want to be able to see results. I know $30 is not going to get a lot but you tell me what it will get.
