Bulk Email Sending-My List Your Server

I have a database of approximately 1,000,000 prospects. I need someone to email the database for me, and in the process remove the bounce-backs/bad addresses. My small tests of the database have shown about 30% to be bad addresses. The list does not need, and in fact should not be, mailed all at once. Spreading the project over several weeks would be fine, even desirable. The text-only email content will be provided by me. You must be able to reference, within the body of the email, fields provided by me, such as: "Dear FNAME, I hope the weather is nice in CITY", where FNAME is a field within the list and CITY is a field within the list. In your bid, please specify the quantity of email sent and the expected time to delivery for your bid. Additionally, bidders who provided detailed information about their experience with bulk mail, techniques for balancing the load of the email across multiple servers, and how the bouncebacks will be processed will be given full consideration. Successful bidder will have the opportunity to handle recurring work of the same nature.
