Hi there, We have an online tutoring business with clients from different parts of the world. While majority of our students are based in the UK & Europe, we also serve across many different time zones such as Australia & New Zealand, Malaysia & Singapore, Russia, the Middle-East, the West Indies as well as the USA & Canada. We need a customer service personnel who can answer the clients' e-mails. This position will NOT require you to work as per the time zone of each country, as we promise our clients that an e-mail would be replied within 18 hours of time (ie: No LIVE CHAT). Thus, you might schedule your own working hours. As we would be dealing with native English speakers, to work in this position, ideally, you would posses high proficiency in English language, specially in written English (verbal), good professionalism in handling customer queries as well as an acceptable level of education since you would represent our company with our clients.
