Create Web Video

I would like to create an online web video for our internet site. We require someone that is creative and that will provide suggestions and guidance because we do not know what we are doing :-) Someone with internet marketing experience would be great, but not necessary: 1. The video will be 45 to 90 seconds in length 2. It will demo / advertise our online service with screenshots of our web application / site, service, and features 3. A host or spokesperson is not necessary, but we do require a professional voice over and possibly some background music 4. We will need a script or storyboard written. However, I do have bullet points of what to include 5. No cartoon style. 6. The attached file contains the links of samples
