Create a Video

I am interested in producing a short film video for Youtube that I want to gain mass exposure. All I need is an animator for the characters of this short film. Creativity has always been my strong suit, however not EVERY aspect of it. Which is why I need your help, you see I have the script entirely written. The target audience being Street Fighter fans and both the admires and haters of NMMI. My script is extraordinary in the aspect that it uses comical satire, as well as a moral to the story, to engage the more rational thinking audience. The concept isn't in anyway complex, and has a healthy balance between action and witty dialogue. Help me to make this dream come TRUE and I will provide payment (up to 100USD) is my budget, BUT, I want this to be an exceptionally well produced video.
