Twitter Follower - open to bidding

I work for a huge German company. We plan to start a campaign on twitter. Therefore we are looking for professional support. Our aim is to gain some 10.000 new followers on Twitter. They have to be high-quality. They should have at least a profile pic - a little bio would be nice. And they should send some tweets so that they seem to be active. Please send us a concrete quotation with some references or examples of accounts that you have created so that we can see whether it fits to our purpose.
