Facebook and Twitter Users

Greetings,

I have a website that needs professional marketing via the internet for users within the USA. I dont have the specific cities yet, but i want to begin to establish the process and users to target. This type of marketing will be via Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, and YouTube, Craigslist, and other social networking sites.

Basically, I would like two functions to be done:

1. For your to expand my websites social network to increase visibility of my site.

2. Expand via referral programs that allow users to get paid when their friends purchase goods and services from the site.

Thus, I would like to know the following:

1. Which sites will you be able to utilize to increase traffic to my site?

2. How will you drive traffic?

3. How many users would you be able to drive traffic and network?

4. Do you have the ability to target cities, age ranges, income levels, other?

5. If so, please provide the breakdown of who, what, when where. etc.

6. Do you have any guarantees and if so, what are they?

7. What previous experience do you have with projects like these?

8. Do you have referrals available for the successful projects?

9. How long will the project take?

10. What is your best price or how/what is your pricing?
