Translate English to Filipino/Tagalog (13900 words, 99000 characters)

Hello everyone, I need to translate nine files from English to Filipino. I'm looking for a native translator so you must be from the Phillipines or a Filipino living somewhere else. Kindly post something about yourself and your experience. The total length is about 99000 characters including spaces or about 13900 words. You can count the exact number later on but you must take into account tags (text contains HTML tags). You will get the files in a plaintext format, to explain some important things: - the uploaded files are a text file which can be opened in any text editor (PSPad, Notepad, Komodo, Netbeans) - it can be opened in MS Word if you really want to, but REMEMBER that it MUST NOT BE SAVED AS DOC OR DOCX file (save it as plaintext in UTF8 encoding). SAVE THE FILE IN UTF-8 ENCODING! - if you can differentiate between formal and informal language (such as du/Sie in German), please use the FORMAL version FILES: ----- some files are in SQL syntax (end with .sql), you must keep everything except the text as it is. Change only the text. If you need to use an apostrophe (') in the middle of your text (such as don't), escape it with a backslash (such as don't). It looks similar to this: ('Field 1', 'Field 2', 'TRANSLATE THIS PART ', 'Field 4', 'Field 5', 'Field 6', 'uni', 0, '0', 'Field 10', 'TRANSLATE THIS PART', '', '0', '0'), You only translate the two text fields and leave the rest as it is. ----- rest of the files is in similar format: 'add_comment' => => <<<EOT <a href="/#add">Add comment</a> EOT , - Please only edit the actual text and NOT THE KEY or the formatting part. So the result of this example would be (if you were translating into German): 'add_comment' => <<<EOT <a href="/#add">Kommentar hinzufügen</a> EOT , Notice that the key (add_comment) is NOT translated. When saving the files, SAVE THE FILES IN UTF-8 ENCODING! This is especially important because of special characters which do not exist in English but they do exist in your language.
