chinese movie subtitles made into a full script - repost

I need the chinese subtitle to a french movie taken and made into a complete movie script/screenplay in chinese this is much more than putting the subtitles into a document, u'll to develop a full script/screenplay from it in Chinese, adding summary of story, important actions on screen not just dialogue aka the subtitles.. pretty easy project for the right person and shouldn't take more than a day to complete as the bulk of the work is copying the subtitles 70% of project, the rest is adding the pieces in chinese to make it a full script /screenplay
